Ingles Motel

The rooms are really outdated, and they seem short-staffed. Roaches were crawling on my shoe while I was wearing it, and there were some on the bed and pillows too. That’s disgusting. They’re very aggressive.

The last time, we got room 128, which had a huge bed. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. I’ve stayed here a few times, usually after walking over from the nearby casino. I’ll come back when I need a room for a few hours.

We were worn out after driving toward Vegas when we spotted this motel. Other places were either full or expensive, so even though the gate was open, we went in to ask if they had anything. The new owner was outside with a few workers, clearing out rooms, and there was still quite a bit of work material around. When we asked the price, he smiled and said we were his first customers. He gave us a really nice rate, and we were relieved. The room was pretty spacious, with two beds, a bathtub, window AC, and a TV. It was clean, the beds were made, and there were more towels than we’ve had at most hotels. The owner said they offer nightly and weekly rates. If we’d been staying longer, we definitely would’ve taken the weekly rate. It wasn’t a five star place, but it was just what two tired travelers needed for a safe, peaceful night’s sleep. Under new management, with lots of upgrades happening as they remodel the property. There are new beds, end tables, lamps, dressers, a fridge, a microwave, and linens, plus fresh paint. We take pride in cleanliness and customer service, so come check us out. New cameras, windows, and doors have been installed.
