The M Resort Spa & Casino

M Resort keeps taking care of its guests, with real kindness and smiles. Carlos and Abby at the front desk welcomed us, and each took time to explain the restaurants, prices, amenities, and more. Big thanks to them, and also to Martha, Jim, and Gianni in the spa, our shuttle driver, and so many others. We’ve stayed at many hotels and resorts over the years, but this one takes the cake. The people and hospitality are on a completely different level. From the front desk and spa to every restaurant, everyone was warm, kind, and welcoming. You can feel that they care. I even told my wife it’s probably what Vegas was known for back in the day. The staff listen and hear guests out, something many Strip hotels have lost. There are no garage parking fees, and from parking through the walk to the front desk and into your room, you can feel the difference. It’s calm, respectful, and well run. Our one minor complaint is that the walls are thin. Aside from that, every stay feels like a blessing.

The resort had everything we needed downstairs, including the full casino, restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores. There was plenty of free parking on all sides of the hotel, and it’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the Strip. I actually liked being away from the hustle and bustle because it made the stay more relaxing. Christmas was a treat too, with gorgeous decorations and a big gingerbread house at the entrance. My room on the 15th floor was spacious with stunning views. The bathroom was a highlight, beautifully designed with an excellent shower and a separate water closet for the toilet. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept great. I only missed having a microwave to heat up food, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Abby at the front desk gave exceptional service, and the thoughtful note she left made me feel welcome. Thanks, Abby. I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve just left M Resort after my second stay in two years. It’s hands-down the best location outside Vegas for anyone tired of the Strip’s chaos and crowds. If you want a five star resort without all that bustle, I highly recommend M Resort. Every employee I met was phenomenal, and I didn’t encounter anyone who seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Isabella was awesome at check-in. I had a special request, and she handled it herself, then called to follow up. My wife went to the spa and had a massage from Tony, which was excellent. On the first night, Al waited on us at the tavern. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and made our first night great. The second night we ate at Anthony’s steakhouse, where Bruno served us. He was experienced, knowledgeable, and a really good guy.

The place was never very crowded, likely because it’s a drive from the Strip, so renting a car matters. The casino floor and hotel lobby were clean, and cigarette smoke wasn’t overwhelming. A few people were smoking, but the floor is large enough to avoid those areas. The hotel-side room was modern and very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff we met were pleasant and professional.
