Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Hendersonville

The lobby and shared space were great for spending time with family outside the room. The pool was pleasantly warm, and the fitness center was just right. Breakfast had loads of options and was amazing. Everything was well kept, and both cleanliness and service were among the best I've experienced. I was glad the online photos matched what I found.

While my house was being built, I lived here with my two dogs. I could work remotely from the room and have breakfast every day, and there were plenty of food options nearby. A walking path across the street was handy for taking the dogs out. My room was especially spacious and had lots of amenities, but being clean mattered most. The staff were professional, friendly, and truly kind. Everyone I interacted with asked if I needed anything, and the hospitality felt genuine. Patti, Annette, Ashley, Sue, Star, Janet, Carolyn, Jancy and Raven made me feel like family. I really appreciated it and can't say enough good things about my stay.

The suites had plenty of room and a great layout, and the hotel was clean during our stay through Winter Storm Fern. Staff were helpful and seemed well prepared for the storm. There's a Level2 charger next door for anyone with an EV. We'd gladly come back even when the weather is clear.

The room and facilities were good, and the location worked well. Still, check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm and we didn't get a room until 6 pm. The front desk and manager didn't offer a single apology and seemed not to care. That two-hour wait disrupted our plans, and I wouldn't stay here again.
