I had an easy time getting around, with plenty of parking and good access. On my first day, dense fog made sitting outside under the sky by the fire a nice way to spend some time. The hotel also kept up its once-a-week evening snacks, and breakfast had a good selection of decent options. I stayed for a week and had a great time. The recently remodeled room was spacious and bright, the amenities were good, and reception and room service were excellent. Hilton has been consistent for me across the country.

I stay here now and then for work and always enjoy it. The coffee is one of the few hotel coffees I've actually liked. Breakfast is good too. My room and bathroom have been clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is decent, better than in most hotels.

The place and the surrounding area were very nice, and the staff were excellent and accommodating. Our room was mostly clean, though there were a few bits of food on the floor and around the trash can. I'd definitely go back.

Across the street there's a good mix of restaurants and boutiques, which makes the location especially nice. For downtime, there's a relaxing pool and hot tub. I also loved the personalized welcome when we entered the room. It has a comfortable sitting area and a fully working kitchen, handy for longer stays. I highly recommend the Homewood Suites in Southpointe!

There's a small shopping area right across the street, with restaurants and room to walk around. The hotel itself is very clean, and you can smell that as soon as you come in. The rooms are nice and breakfast is good. My family and I thought the welcome message on the TV when we entered our room was a comforting touch. I definitely recommend staying here.
