InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville TN – Hendersonville

After my rental was sold in December, I needed somewhere quickly. I picked an extended stay for a quiet, stable place while I worked out my next steps. I'd never stayed in one before, and this Hendersonville location has been a relief. I'm about a month in while I buy a home, and I don't know how long the transition will take. It's worked well for getting to my job in Gallatin, and I appreciate the rates. The studio has the basics I need, a sink, burner, fridge, and eating area, so it's been comfortable. It's mostly quiet, and the staff have been kind and helpful. One night I was locked out because of a misunderstanding with my payment setup, but it got resolved and wasn't their fault. Power stayed on during the recent winter storm, though the TV went out. That wasn't a big deal since I use my phone. Housekeeping is scheduled once a week, as is typical for extended stays, but my room was missed two weeks in a row. I tidy up myself, so it wasn't a major issue. Parking has been great, and I can often park right outside my room. Since I work early and leave around 4:30 a.m., feeling safe mattered a lot. I've felt safe the whole time, or I wouldn't have stayed. I've been satisfied and this will be my go-to when I need a place in the future, for an unexpected stay or a short getaway.

The room was impressively clean, and the GM is one of a kind, with an exceptional personality and people skills. The whole experience has been phenomenal. I'd absolutely recommend this property to friends and family. If I could give it more than five stars, I would.

I booked a week there to spend quality time with my 18-year-old. A broken zipper on their pillowcase cut my arm open, and I had to get a tetanus shot at the ER. That visit cost me 2 grand. Then I had to leave all my belongings behind because they had bedbugs. I lost a lot of money on that visit.

We were charged for a room that we never got. My boyfriend had paid for it on arrival, as you're expected to do when you reserve here, but there was no staff when we showed up. We arrived 20 minutes before the 7 pm closing time, only to find they'd decided to close early. I'd give it a zero if I could.
