Disgusting place. At check-in I found out the advertised complimentary breakfast was no longer available, and although I was assured there’d be free coffee, there wasn’t any. The room was in complete disrepair: mold around the shower controls and toilet base, loose bathroom baseboard molding, a wobbly toilet, and a dirty mattress on one bed. The other bed had a definite slope.

The room was filthy. There was fresh blood on the fitted sheet and all over the bathroom door. The floors hadn’t been swept, the sink was dirty, and the inside of the refrigerator looked like it had never been wiped out. We asked three times for new sheets and extra pillows because there were only two pillows for four people. We were told housekeeping would handle it, but when we came back, stained replacement sheets had just been tossed in a pile on the bed. On the fourth request, I was told they had no extra pillows. This place is a complete dump. Avoid it!

The rooms were very clean, and it’s an inexpensive, quiet place to stay while visiting town. Still, the hallways smelled of cigarette and weed smoke, so I wouldn’t bring my kids here. My only other complaint is that none of the TV apps worked. There were just cable channels, with no guide.

The night-shift employee was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, and even threw my card back onto the desk. I don’t know her name, but she was an African American woman wearing a turban. Her behavior made the stay very uncomfortable, and I felt she wasn’t willing to help guests properly. Hospitality staff should treat people respectfully and professionally, which was completely lacking here. Management needs to improve customer service and staff training. I won’t return to this property or any Wyndham property, and can’t recommend it.
