The fireplaces were my favorite part of Woodfield Manor. There was a cozy one at The Frogtown Chophouse, an outdoor stone fireplace for guests, and a romantic one in the living room of our duplex cottage. We had a delicious, delightful dinner at the on-site restaurant on Friday, with live music for a few hours. On Saturday we had a super fun time at Kalahari, a 9-minute drive away, and Mt Airy casino, 5 minutes away. The staff was fabulous, and we had a wonderful weekend.

The property is beautiful, and check-in was easy thanks to the friendly, welcoming staff. We stayed in March and had a fun getaway, even with the chilly weather. Kalahari Waterpark was a highlight, and there’s lots nearby to explore, from hiking to outlet shopping. Mount Airy Casino is a quick drive away, and we had a great dinner at Frogtown Chophouse right on-site.

We left feeling refreshed and wishing we could stay longer. The unit was clean and cozy, and the resort was close to attractions and plenty of shops for my shopaholic needs. We loved the delicious, fairly priced food at The Frogtown Chophouse on-site. It was a shared birthday weekend with my boyfriend, and the front desk was wonderful. They even left a cute birthday card in the room, and the staff was always eager to answer my questions. The place was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, watching birds and chipmunks. We went in the off season, so we couldn't swim, though the pool looked large and the outdoor fireplace looked really nice. Hopefully we can enjoy those next time.

The rooms and cottages were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always nearby to help with questions or anything we needed. My wife and I had a really peaceful, relaxing getaway at woodfield manor. It feels tucked away while still being close to everything. Can't wait to visit again.
