Everything was easy, from booking through the stay, and Linda and Larry made us feel right at home. They’re so friendly and welcoming, and their little Scottie, Mattie, is the cutest greeter. The home and rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was filling and amazing. They can pick you up and take you back to the train station if you let them know ahead of time. Otherwise it’s about a mile on foot, uphill. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it to others.

Linda and Larry told us about the B&B’s history, explained the amenities, and gave us tips on getting around Hermann and places to visit. The accommodations were very comfortable, and they were great hosts. I wish we’d had time to try breakfast. It smelled amazing.

The home cooked breakfasts were amazing, and the hostesses were phenomenal. Their little Scottish Terrier was my favorite part. She was so sweet and greeted us whenever we came in. We had a great weekend in Herman and will definitely be back.

We felt at home and so welcome at The Stone Haus Bed and Breakfast with Larry and Linda. We’d definitely stay again when we’re in the area. We enjoyed sitting outside in a couple of the many spots each evening, and they cooked a lovely breakfast for us every morning. Warm, welcoming, and wonderful.
