Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon-Hermitage by IHG

The suites felt more like apartments because they were so spacious. The property was beautiful, and we had a fantastic stay. Guests get three free snacks each night, there's a small but decent pool, and the rooms have jetted tubs.

The king suite had plenty of space and everything we needed, and we slept great. We got a veterans discount, and we're longtime IHG members. The pool area is lovely, the place is clean and quiet, and the service was friendly. They greeted us with a smile and offered cookies, popcorn, ice cream, plus coffee available around the clock. Breakfast was better than most, especially the vegetable blend, which was unusual and much appreciated. It gave the place a health-conscious feel. Lots of restaurants are only a few miles away. Holiday Inn is stepping up its game, and we'd happily stay again.

I stayed four nights and slept well every night. The first evening, the heating unit was blowing cool air even though the wall thermostat was set to 70. I mentioned it to the manager, who came up right away and reset both the unit and thermostat. Once they were linked again, it was fixed, and the rest of the stay was comfortable. The daily complimentary breakfasts had a satisfying selection. In the evenings there were free popcorn, cookies, and ice cream, a nice snack to grab after a long workday or on the way back from dinner. They also have two machines that grind beans and brew coffee into your cup. I used them at breakfast, and in the evening I made cold brew and kept it in my room fridge overnight for the morning.

We had a great President's Day weekend here. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and breakfast was fresh and genuinely delicious for a complimentary meal. The evening cookies and ice cream were always welcome too. This has become our favorite Hermitage Hotel, and we'll be back. Thanks!
