Be aware that changes are being made to the hotel. The room itself was fine and quiet, and the customer service was great. I was disappointed, though, because I’d been led to believe the room would have an in-room jacuzzi. Parking is charged separately, which seems strange for a hotel with a parking garage. One employee told me that fee may be going away soon.

I stayed here for eight separate weeks during 2025 and could put up with the renovations that seemed to go on forever. But I can’t accept having a microwave in my room. Motel 6 has microwaves. It was quiet, but I won’t come back. I can stay wherever I want since my company covers the cost.

We planned to stay seven days but left after six because the king pillow-top bed was giving me back trouble. The room itself was decent, and housekeeping came daily. I chose that room for its jacuzzi tub, but the controls were in the bathroom, which we had to ask about. Without an explanation, we thought the switch was for a heat lamp. The staff were all great. Twice I asked for the manager during the day, and staff responded by asking what they could do, without saying the manager was unavailable. I never saw anyone with a manager title, just someone at the desk. Breakfast on the first floor was called continental, but it seemed more like leftovers. After our first two days, they ran out of bacon, apple juice, and bananas. We were told groceries wouldn’t be replenished until the fourth day, and breakfast wouldn’t be ready until the fifth, after we’d have left. The hard-boiled eggs were cold. We asked how to warm them and learned the microwave was upstairs on the second floor. It would make sense to have one where breakfast is served. A sign there said to cut the eggs in half, something you might miss if you hadn’t brought a knife or fork upstairs. The cereal needed hot water or milk, but the container labeled hot water wasn’t hot enough. Again, the microwave was upstairs, so you had to leave your other food behind or carry warm waffles up and reheat them. We were on the first floor, while the brochures for local activities were outside the second-floor elevator. I asked staff if they had any and found out where they were. We knew about the major makeover work before arriving, but the breakfast problems, brochure placement, and adding a microwave all seemed like simple fixes. I would’ve liked to share that with management, but there didn’t seem to be anyone in that role during our week there.

Breakfast was okay, and the service was okay too. The rooms were clean. It’s not really within walking distance of restaurants, and be ready for paid parking plus a $150 incident hold.
