The hotel was well located near malls, shops, restaurants, and highways. Our rooms were clean, the bathrooms had been renovated without tubs, and the service was stellar. John on the shuttle was very helpful, and the front desk was hospitable about putting us near my parents. The only issue was dim bathroom lighting, especially when we were trying to do makeup. Luckily, we had natural light from the balcony.

Chloe, the shuttle driver, was kind and professional, and I had a pleasant experience using the airport shuttle. I'll keep using it. Thank you.

Housekeeping woke us at 9 am, three hours before our noon checkout. She knocked several times, tried the lock, and called out "hello??" It scared us and disturbed our sleep when we had been told checkout wasn't until 12. When I asked if checkout was at noon, she said yes and asked whether we needed service. We didn't, since we were leaving that day, and she should have had that information from the front desk. I was already willing to let two other things go. The man who checked us in the night before had an odd energy and rushed me to swipe my card without explaining the security deposit amount. He didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Also, a new-looking woman at the desk asked, in front of other guests, which room two women traveling alone would be in. For safety, I walked over to show her our room number rather than say it aloud, but she repeated it loudly before pointing us to the elevators. That's something to cover in her training. After being woken three hours before checkout, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the hotel and wouldn't recommend it, especially to solo travelers.

We got locked out of our room at 10 pm with all our things inside. The emergency repair person couldn't come until 6 am. They did give us another room for the night, but not even a toothbrush. I'm traveling with friends, and one of them said, "they don't care about us." The experience was absolutely terrible, and I won't stay again.
