The amenities are great, and the location is prime for frequent beach goers. I enjoyed staying in a vacation rental here, and the front desk staff were friendly. It was mostly quiet, apart from repair work from Irma. There were a few drawbacks. Guests at the hotel next door were sometimes unsavory, and if you're facing the pool they can look right into your place. That happened to us, so we didn't make full use of the balcony. The guest lot is about a block away, which is inconvenient in the rain or when you get home late. The loud speaker and alarm system that blasts into the apartment for maintenance, emergencies, and so on is startlingly loud, yet hard to hear clearly.

I can't think of a single negative. It's the best managed condominium complex in South Florida.

The building itself is great, and the management and staff are top notch. But beware of renting unit #7G from owner Juan Mesa. He lied about the unit and robbed me of my security deposit. Every interaction with him was contentious. He's unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. I'm filing suit to get my security deposit back.

I'm N.Y.er, and this was where I took my wife on our first date 25 years ago. She'd just graduated with a degree on legal studies, so I brought her back for a throwback Thursday to celebrate. It was beautiful, delicious, and very pleasant.

The residents are cool 😎, and the management, board, and staff are wonderful. Lista, Mario, Victor, Charles, Monica, Juan, and Chrystal are all nice people. Seasons is the most amazing condo In Fort Lauderdale Beach, with the best Location!!
