There are no pots, pans, or other cookware, so bring your whole kitchen if you plan to cook. The room was fairly dirty, and only one of its four lamps worked. This is my worst booking as a regular weekly business traveler. There was no coffee maker, and none to borrow. I also found no iron, glasses, cups, or even disposable plastic cups; the front desk said it had no iron or drinkware to lend. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room either. They said I could get those at the desk, which meant going out in pouring rain because the doors open straight onto the street, not an indoor hallway. The hotel's reply claimed these items were available at the front desk, but when I phoned, I was told they couldn't provide them. How am I supposed to go to meetings without coffee, an iron, shampoo, or conditioner?

The room was otherwise okay, though one towel was stained. The man who checked us in around 11 p.m. on 12/17/2025 was really nice and helpful. When the key and door weren't working, he even walked us to the room. The next morning, 12/18/2025, I knocked at the locked lobby door around 7:30 to ask something. The woman at the desk stared like I was a nuisance and made me shout my question through the door while she scrolled on her phone. It was cold outside, and she was rude for no reason. I wouldn't stay here again.

For an extended stay, I expected at least a clean, usable room, and this was disappointing. There were crumbs and debris on the carpet, and the bedside lamps didn't work. The fridge door had been left open when I checked in, so the fridge wasn't usable. The room was also missing basic things, including a trash can and nightstand. I wasn't looking for anything fancy.

The fire alarm kept going off, including in the middle of the night, and the laundry area smelled unbearable. Housekeeping was effectively nonexistent: whenever I requested service, they claimed they'd gone to my room and that I'd refused it, which wasn't true. The rooms and stairs were dirty, and the stairs were especially disgusting. When it snowed, it took them ages to clear it, which felt like a total lack of care for guests. This place was a complete disappointment. If you want the worst experience of your life, go ahead, but otherwise don't waste your time or money here.

I booked this motel for a chance to rest after a long trip, but the room was in such awful shape that I was shocked. For what it cost, it just wasn't worth it.
