The room did what we needed, which was a place to sleep, but it was a bummer. Staff were friendly, though the woman working seemed stretched thin and was doing everything herself. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable with three pillows. Please get the staff some help. Parking also needs attention: people paying for rooms shouldn't have to walk around the whole building because restaurant customers take the spaces. Don't book a single queen if you're claustrophobic. The photo shows pretty much the whole room: walk in the door and you're at the bed, with the toilet in a corner of a tiny bathroom. The fan light didn't work, and the mirror light shorted out and often wouldn't turn on. The drain cover wasn't secure; step on it wrong and you could fall into the pipe. Water pressure was a joke, especially for rinsing conditioner out of long hair. The bench outside the door was broken and scratched my legs when I sat down. Read the warning label on the bathroom wall. It says you'll have to pay if you get anything on the linens, including makeup. And don't count on a hot breakfast.

We booked three nights and checked out before 11 a.m. the next morning because the conditions were unacceptable. The building reeked of mold, the door wouldn't lock securely, the AC barely worked, and the room was filthy. There was grime and hair in the shower and half-used toiletries from the last guest. The furniture and carpet looked decades old, and the damaged door frames and environment left my son congested. We took photos to document everything. I reported every issue to the front desk that morning. Instead of addressing them, they said the owners or managers were out of the country and couldn't be contacted, even when I pressed to speak to someone in charge. They offered to move us, but the problems seemed to affect the whole building. Nothing was fixed or done to make the stay acceptable. We contacted Wyndham Customer Care, but they refused a refund even with two nights unused. The third night alone was over $300 after a 20% discount, for mold, broken locks, and a dirty room that looked nothing like the online pictures. There's now an open case with Wyndham Customer Service. Based on this, I can't recommend the property to anyone who expects safety, cleanliness, or honest customer service.

The location is very close to Hershey Park and the attractions, and there's a hidden gem called "What If..." nearby. It's a lovely restaurant and lounge with amazing food and spirits. The owner and staff are very sweet. This place is well kept, and the staff are amazing. It's a little dated, but clean, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We couldn't check in early, which was okay. We went to the park first and checked in late. The room wasn't bad for the price, and the bathroom was small but clean. The fridge wasn't cold, though. Parking was terrible. We finally found an open spot nowhere near our room, but managed to get there before the snow got really bad.
