I was charged for the room and a late fee. The booking on Expedia was listed as Fairview Inn by OYO in Hesston, but my receipt showed American Best Value Inn and Suites at the same address. Then Fairview Inn charged me a cancellation fee, saying I had stayed at American Best Value Inn according to that receipt. Don’t book through Expedia or stay here. This feels like a scam. Beware.

The room hadn’t been cleaned, and there was used soap and shampoo in the tub. They hadn’t left any toilet paper either. The listing said breakfast was available, but there wasn’t any, and the pool was supposedly there but closed. Customer service was awful. I wouldn’t go back to that disgusting place, and the $100 room wasn’t worth it.

I reserved through booking.com, but the woman at the front desk charged me separately. Then booking.com charged me for a no-show, and now they won’t refund my money.

The location was perfect, and the service was excellent.

We booked rooms for two guys who were in town for training. They’re not fussy about where they stay, but after checking in, they left and went to another hotel. The pictures don’t look like the actual place. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
