Holiday Inn Express and Suites Burley, an IHG Hotel

The 12 PM checkout and breakfast until 10 AM were such a help while traveling. We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on the way to visit family, then again on the way home, and both visits were outstanding. Shasta, Addi, and all the staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming. They'd often come over to check that we were comfortable. The hotel was spotless, well cared for, and thoughtfully run. We didn't use the pool or fitness room, but both looked exceptionally clean. The wonderful service left us grateful, and we'll make staying at other hotels in this company a priority because we trust we'll get the same care. Thank you!

The rooms were very clean, and the fresh breakfast had a delicious variety. Everything was kept stocked and tidy, with staff paying attention to the details and doing it all with a great attitude. From the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They really made us feel welcome. Room 415. The water had an odd taste at first, so it needs to run a bit before that clears. Otherwise, everything was great. The bed and linens were clean and soft, the bathroom was well supplied with nice towels, and the room got dark and stayed quiet. The receptionist greeted us with a lovely smile, was polite and a delight to talk to, and made check-in easy. Her restaurant suggestion was great. Breakfast was the usual IGH free breakfast, with good quality and selection, set up nicely. Check-out was just as pleasant. We made a great choice staying here.

Getting the group moving takes time, so the noon checkout and breakfast until 10 a.m. were perfect. We had a larger room with two queen beds and a queen couch bed, and the staff were fantastic and helpful. They even had hot cocoa and apple cider, plus a power strip by the bed. The indoor pool and hot tub meant we could swim despite the cold. Breakfast was free and hot, my kids thought the pancake machine was next level, and I loved the crispy bacon. It was a lovely stay, even though finding the hotel tucked by the freeway was a little tricky.
