Super 8 Motel - Heyburn/Burley Area

Rooms were clean and didn't have that weird smell some hotels do. The A/C and heater worked well, and there was a microwave plus a mini fridge/freezer. It's handy being right off the 84, and pets are allowed, with dog treats at the front desk. We didn't use the indoor pool or hot tub, but were told they were open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. The continental breakfast was good and had quite a bit of variety, though nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. We'd stay again and recommend it.

For truck drivers, the big plus is truck parking. There's lots of level space out back with no potholes, while the stinker just up front is always packed. The pool was nice for the kids until some drunk Karen's complained about them splashing while they had beers by the hot tub. One of them let a dog poop near the pool and didn't tell anyone. The room was clean and nice. Charging our electronics could use some accessibility updates, but I had no real complaints. There was a booking mix-up, though the manager was really nice and sorted it out with us.

Even though I arrived late, I got the room they'd promised. Great service at the desk. The room was spotless, smelled great, and was quiet and comfortable. Great value!

The pool was too cold for me, but the hot tub was relaxing. Everything was clean and well kept, and the parking lot was well lit. The mattress and pillows were great, and the shower was hot and relaxing. Staff were friendly throughout, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast. My husband loved the breakfast and its great selection. We left our dog at home, but could see he'd be welcome and have a nice place there. Thank you for maintaining such a good place to stay.
