Motel 6 Highland, CA – San Bernardino – East

A small problem came up late one night, but Priscilla and Tony dealt with it quickly and professionally. They stayed calm and respectful, and made sure it didn’t spoil the rest of my stay. Their response left me confident about staying here again.

The room at the Motel 6 in Highland, CA felt fresh, not like an older motel. The flooring and bathroom looked updated, and everything was surprisingly clean and well cared for. Tony and Priscilla were friendly and really helpful, from check-in through the rest of my stay. They made sure I was doing alright, and seemed to take pride in their work. Good price, clean room, great service. I’d definitely come back. 👍

Paulina at the desk made me feel welcome right from the start. She greeted me with a smile, and her upbeat energy, smile, beautiful eyes, and personality really stood out. I appreciate her and all the wonderful staff...

I paid for a room, but the manager came in with her assistant and said it smelled like smoke. Nobody had been smoking. We were heading to the casino when she stopped us at the desk to say no smoking. We understood and left. When we came back, they had gone into our room and taken our belongings, including my mom’s medicine and a louis Vuitton bag with 6700 in it. I feel this place is absolutely the worst for African American guests, and that the manager is racist. When we arrived, she let the Spanish lady use the bathroom but not us. Priscilla is the worst, unless you’re her race. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone black. I’m trying to contact the necessary people now to file a claim and possibly take legal action.
