We had a great time playing games late in the room off the lobby, with our own bottles of wine, and loved the two finches. Miss Major’s Room was quaint, well appointed and opened straight onto the porch. The location was awesome and the service fantastic. Great place!

An easygoing staff, a quiet room that was serviced daily with fresh towels and a made bed. We had twin beds and a balcony, while the porch is open to everyone. The inn is right in the center of shopping, so no need to drive, and overlooks and waterfalls are nearby. Breakfast is only available on weekends. I believe this is an 1850 Inn, and it has an elevator.

Built in 1880, the Inn is a beautiful place. Walking through the door feels like stepping back into the old days. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff I met were all genuine and easy to chat with. The Inn felt homey and cozy, with a Gilmore Girls vibe. My room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and I absolutely adored my stay. Highly recommend!

I was traveling by motorbike and had planned to camp, but storms wrecked those plans. When I stopped in Highlands, The Highlands Inn made me feel right at home. The front desk staff were SO NICE and found me a room with balcony access. I sat out on the second-floor balcony listening to the rain. In the morning they made a delicious breakfast and wished me safe travels. The place has tons of charm and old bones, and the rate was reasonable. The hotel and staff really made my night. A very cool spot, definitely recommend!
