I stay long-term with a crew, and for a weekly rate around $350 after tax, I don't think you'll find a better deal nearby for this kind of security and convenience. It's not a romantic getaway. Grocery stores and restaurants are close, every room has a kitchenette with a fridge and stove, and they offer laundry service, washing, drying and folding a full week's clothes for around $20. If you're comparing it with a standard hotel at $800 a week, the savings are real. As a contractor, my tools are my livelihood, so I care about the security. The owners take it seriously and watch the parking lot at night. We've kept tools in our truck beds for months without losing a single thing. If they see an unfamiliar car at an odd hour, they may go right up to the driver's door. I've seen them ask uninvited guests to leave more than once. It keeps the place quiet for those of us who have to get up and work. At the Hampton Inn in Baytown, I paid twice as much for what, a muffin and cereal? They don't seem to care about the tools in the back of a truck. The owners run the place themselves and take pride in it. Sure, sometimes they might miss a dead bug, or something could be broken by a previous guest. But my construction crew has stayed here for months, and nobody left over cleanliness. When we've had an issue, the front desk handled it immediately. If you're working and need an affordable, secure spot where the owners look out for you, come here.

We came into town for a wedding down the road and were able to rent a room for day use at a very reasonable rate. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was great. Rusty was great too. We're very happy and would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

My husband and I stay here often. The rooms are nice, and the owners are amazing. We love this place!
