Zion View Camping

The wagon was clean, and the heated blankets kept us cozy. There was a grill and fire pit on the patio, which was great since I got to grill for the first time. The owner was really nice and helped us when we got lost trying to find the place. I loved staying here a few years ago and plan to come back this year. Can’t wait!

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, and the friendly team went over the details and checked that we had what we needed. The view was stunning, the tent was adorable, and the bed was super comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

The view is lovely at night, especially in the morning, and the campground caretaker was kind and helpful with all our requests. The tents are spacious and clean, with heating to keep them warm when it’s cold outside. There’s everything you need for grilling right by the tent. They also have farm animals you can pet and play with, including goats, horses, ponies, chickens, and dogs. We had a great time and would recommend it.

Once we reached our wagon site, Corbet followed us up the hillside in a golf cart and answered our questions. He said to text the contact number from the email if we needed anything, and later he rode around checking on the campers. Look for Corbet if you stay here. The drive in did give me pause: it’s about half a mile on a dirt road, and the little white bridge didn’t look strong enough for a car, but we made it across. Our wagon was one of four, up higher on the hill while the tents were lower down. The restroom and vending area were within walking distance. The cabin had two space heaters, electricity, a thick comforter, and a roomy deck with a fire pit and grill. It was cold out, so those heaters were useful. There was also a convertible seat and table, plus a friendly neighborhood cat who seemed to like everyone. The view of the lights and stars was amazing. This visit to zion view was worth it from start to finish, and I’ll likely be back.
