We'd stayed here many times before without problems, but won't be coming back. At check-in, James at the front desk couldn't move us to a different room or offer either an upgrade or downgrade. We'd requested a top floor, and didn't get one. We had also asked for a living room setup with the master, but got a room with two beds, one in the master and one in the living room. When we made the reservation, we spoke with Cassandra. She should have explained the room options and helped us choose one that fit our needs. Think twice before booking.

I left after one night, even though I'd paid for two. The ground-floor room beside an exit made me feel unsafe, and the desk wouldn't move me when I asked before opening the door. They said there weren't many rooms left. When I asked again later, the same staff member admitted there were rooms available, but said they couldn't switch me because I'd already opened the door. I understand that part, but it doesn't explain why they turned me down earlier with a different reason. I checked out before 10am and asked to cancel the second night. They refused. At check-in the day before, they didn't ask for my ID or record any identification, not even a driver's license. I believe that's illegal, and was shocked they'd allow it. The staff also gave contradictory information, and the room's location left me feeling unsafe. It was a terrible experience and I won't return or recommend this place. To be clear, the name on this Google Review isn't my legal name. I expect the hotel might search review names and claim I never stayed, but I have my full reservation details and was a registered guest. They did not collect any ID from me before checking me in. That speaks for itself. Update 2026: I provided my name and contact information promptly, but the hotel never responded.

The room was okay, though it needed a deep clean. The towels were dirty, the bedding was poor, and the shower curtain and shower were mildewy. The drain was broken too. Check-in was awful. An older woman with long, bleach-blonde hair was working the evening of March 4. Even after I showed my work Concur/Amex booking statement with my name and confirmation number, she insisted the room wasn't booked under my name. She also criticized me for not booking directly with them, as if corporate travel wasn't a thing. We went back and forth for 15 minutes before I finally got checked in.

There were bug carcasses and even a whole cookie behind the bed, plus what looked like a bedbug shell on the mattress. The tub had a lot of mold. I asked to switch rooms, but none were available, and it was concerning that the front desk attendant didn't know what bedbugs were. The hotel was very dirty and dated. It was also so hot throughout the building in August that I didn't want to use the gym. If bugs bother you and you want a clean room, I'd stay somewhere else.
