Sarah Larocca, the front desk supervisor, made a stressful stay much easier for our family. She was compassionate, attentive, proactive, and thoughtful about details. She helped us find restaurants and checked that we were comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and this was some of the best customer service I've had anywhere. We're so grateful to her. We've been at this Marriott about a week and will likely stay another week because emergency plumbing problems made our home unsafe and forced us to evacuate. This is the second time in three months we've faced something like this. The last time, we spent nearly three miserable weeks at another non-Marriott hotel with our 7-year-old. With it happening again over Christmas and New Year's, and our son's 8th birthday coming up, we were anxious and expecting the worst. The hotel itself is great, and having Sarah look after us has made this difficult time so much better.

Sarah at the front desk made our stressful trip feel much easier. We were in Hilliard for our pup's appointment with a nearby animal oral surgeon, and she welcomed us right away, suggested local restaurants, and put us near the stairs so taking the dog out would be easy. After the surgery, she checked in to see how it went. She's genuinely kind and professional, and we'd happily come back for her alone. Our reservation was under Englander, and we stayed two nights. The spacious, clean room had a very useful kitchenette. The hotel was quiet and close to restaurants and a highway for people passing through. The pool looked warm and clean when I checked the water, though I didn't get in. I skipped breakfast, but my wife liked it, including the eggs and sandwiches, yogurt and toppings, and waffle bar. The hotel itself was very nice too, and we're glad we stayed.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to work or relax. Water pressure was strong with plenty of hot water. The HVAC worked fairly well, though I had to turn the thermostat quite high to stay warm in winter. I came to visit the area and was pleasantly surprised by the property. For an extended stay in this part of Cbus, it's a good option.

Sarah (The Manager), Dustin (Assistant Manager), and Drew (The Bartender) were the nicest hotel staff I've come across. Everyone was helpful and really cool. I was in Columbus for UPS training and stayed at the Marriot Bonvoy Hilliard. The rooms are spacious and have the amenities you need. I didn't use much of the service since I didn't need it during my stay, but they can accommodate most needs. Grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, and entertainment are all nearby, within about a 5-10 minute radius. Great stay, and I'd happily return.

The suite had a really nice kitchen, with a full fridge and freezer, stove, sink, dishwasher, plates, glasses, and utensils. There was also a bar area, outdoor seating, and a fire pit. The room was very clean and one of the best hotel suites I've ever stayed in.
