Jessica at the breakfast station deserves a shout-out. She was wonderful during both days of our stay, and handled an extremely rude customer with professionalism and kindness while continuing to look after everyone else. The ladies at the front desk were also so kind and helpful. Because of short-notice issues, they upgraded us without charge and waived the parking fee, which we really appreciated. We were very happy with the hospitality and will recommend the hotel to others.

The buffet breakfast in the bright, pleasant lobby was a highlight, and the bathroom was the nicest I've seen in any hotel I've stayed at. We spent two nights here, and Mr. Sean Supnet picked a very comfortable room for us. The AC and heater both worked well, the adjustable lights made it cozy, and the soft bed and pillows had me asleep in minutes. It also had what I needed for a short stay, including a hair dryer, microwave, and fridge. Thanks so much. I'd definitely come back on my next trip here.

Staff are very courteous, and the place is quiet and clean compared with other hotels in the Hillsboro-Beaverton area. It's reasonably priced and well located near restaurants, Intel, and Nike. But recently I've had bed bites and found a live roach upside down on the AC unit. The laptop safe didn't work, and they didn't fix its battery despite several requests. My room also wasn't made up after I asked at the front desk. I may switch hotels if these problems keep happening.

The front desk staff have all been friendly, and it's in a good, quiet location. Still, there are drawbacks: the bathroom floors are overdue for replacement, and parking costs $10 per night. They don't tell you about that fee, even if you booked through a third party. The rooms are fairly clean and quiet, but breakfast isn't free. I think I'll stay somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

The photos don't really show how beautiful this hotel is. We spent the weekend here and had an amazing time. It was a busy weekend with youth teams staying too, but we never felt overlooked. Ms.Ekimoto and her team made our visit even more special with their great customer service. We'll be back.
