Best Western Plus Chicago Hillside

I slept fine despite hearing the louder trucks on the nearby highway. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was well contained. The room was very clean, with outlets and USB ports where you need them, and it was cleaned every day during my five-night stay. Staff were helpful, and there’s plenty of parking, including a large area for trucks and buses. The bed felt too firm to me, and the water pressure was low, about what I’ve found at most hotels. I prefer breakfast included, which they don’t offer, and I usually avoid hotel restaurants because of the prices. But I ate here twice: the portions were generous, the food was great, and the price was reasonable for a regular restaurant. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

This is a nice Best Western, and we stay at Best Westerns often. Our room was clean and fairly quiet. I knew when I booked that breakfast wasn’t included and could be bought at the restaurant inside. I still think it should come with the stay.

The place worked perfectly for our 40th ministry celebration. We loved the hospitality, and the brunch was great. John and the serving staff were wonderful.

The room was awful and smelled like something had died in it. The key cards kept failing, even after I rescanned them, and one of the two never worked. I can’t give zero stars. This was the worst stay I’ve had here, worse than any of my previous visits. I went to Holiday Express and the room there is excellent. Don’t waste your money at 4400 FRONTAGE RD- BEST WESTERN HILLSIDE. This place should be condemned. I’ll contact code enforcement Monday morning. If I weren’t a moral person, I’d dispute the charge. Please don’t stay there.
