Room 8 was bright and spacious, with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and a sink that doubles as the bathroom sink. It was very clean, and the bed was comfortable with good linens and pillows. The quiet minisplit A/C was much appreciated. Our windows looked over a lively sidewalk, which would have been noisy if we couldn’t keep them shut. The downtown location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, and KTA grocery store. We ate at Cafe Pesto two nights and liked it so much. There’s designated parking beside the building. The neighborhood felt safe, and the building was very secure, with a coded outside lock and an interior deadbolt. They do a great job with this little gem in Hilo. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and a small kitchen area with a sink, coffee machine, and microwave. The Inn is also above a small breakfast cafe. We didn’t get to try it, but it smelled amazing. The location is PERFECT. The morning market is right outside the door, and Wednesday and Saturday are the big market days. It’s an easy walk to lots of great bars and restaurants. Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill for happy hour is a MUST, we ordered ALL of the HH pupus. The Booch Bar is nearby too, with live music and a great crowd. Highly recommended for the location and clean, comfortable room. Very decent price.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was bright, large, clean, and well appointed. The air conditioning was much appreciated, and the Keurig came with plenty of coffee. We had a wonderful stay at the Hilo Town Inn, and the location was perfect. We’ll stay there again! ❤️

A quaint place right in the heart of Hilo, Hilo Town Inn is clean and convenient. You’re just steps from some of the best local food spots, with a real feel for the town. It’s an easy place to stay, with great access to everything Hilo has to offer.

Very clean and spacious, in a wonderful spot in Old town Hilo. It’s upstairs from Paul’s, the best restaurant in Hilo.
