There were lots of little flies in 207, and the cleaning and renovation could have been much better. In this heat, they could at least have sprayed some kind of repellent. Also, watch out for the gators!

The 213 Twin Oaks unit is gorgeous and close to everything, but renting it could turn into a headache. My wife and I love visiting HHI, and we'd stayed in 213 Twin Oaks before, so we booked it through Seapines for 10 nights starting December 30, with checkout after New Year's. We made the reservation five months ahead and had already bought airfare. Then, on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, Seapines called to say the owners had decided to stay there until New Year's Day. I could either change my dates or shorten the trip. I understand this isn't the first time the owners have done this. Seapines was very apologetic and eager to fix the situation, but I'd be extremely hesitant to rent this unit. The owners might decide you can't stay because they want the place. The address is 68 Plantation unit number 213.

A lovely villa for a holiday or to live in. Harbour Town and the shops are within walking distance, and you can bike to the beach. Great location.
