We only had two days here, but it was an amazing beach stay. They provided a cooler and beach chairs, things we hadn’t thought to bring. That saved us $60 a day in chair rentals, and I like having cold drinks on a hot beach day. There were plenty of ice trays to fill the cooler, too. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we only had to buy food. They’ve thought of a lot for their guests, and we’ll definitely be back.

Antonio: Our stay at Breakers was a well-earned, great getaway. Brian and his wife looked after us from beginning to end, and unit 220 was clean throughout. We were there April 11-13 and are already looking forward to coming back soon.

Brian was an excellent host, always quick to answer my many questions and full of personality. We had a great stay and I’d happily do it again. There were six of us, all adults, in Brian's place. We knew it would be snug, but it worked: two in the main room, two in the bunks, and two on the sofa bed. We could tuck luggage under the bunks and around the other beds and still have a bit of personal space. More room would have been nice, but we managed, even with one bathroom. Five of us were sisters, so that part wasn’t new to us! The kitchen had what we needed for breakfast and lunch. We also appreciated having the beach umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards ready to use. The condo puts you close to the beach, pool, restaurants, shopping, and plenty of other things you might want to do. It’s a cute little beach place.

The location is the big draw: right in the heart of Coligny Beach, across from restaurants, shops, and the supermarket, so we don’t need a car. We’ve stayed at The Breakers Unit 220 for five days two years in a row, flying in with carry-ons. Their recommended car service makes that easy. This year we rented bikes across the street and took the area’s free golf cart shuttles. We tipped the driver $2 and thought it was worth it. The ocean view is amazing, the unit is clean and beautifully updated, and the kitchen has everything we needed. It also comes with beach chairs, sand toys for our son, and a boogie board. Both times, when we asked ahead, they let us check in an hour early. The owners are quick to reply and easy to deal with. We’ve started booking directly through their website, which saved us $300 compared with Airbnb and gives us direct contact for future stays. They have other properties, but this is our favorite. We’ll be back.

AMAZING OCEAN VIEW. This condo impressed me, especially with all the beach-day gear: chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and toys. The cabinets even had condiments, which was a nice extra and saved money. I’ll definitely stay here again.
