Our condo had been updated recently, so it was clean, quiet, and lovely, and everyone we met was friendly. We’d be glad to come back and see how the property develops. This is a review of the whole Seascape complex, though, not our individual unit. The winding layout has some appealing architecture, the built-in bike racks are a great touch, and the ponds and greenery feel peaceful. The driveways are being redone, which is good to see, but a lot of the exterior is showing its age and some parts are decaying. The roofs need attention, and some decks are in such bad shape they need rebuilding. Check out the specific condo before deciding, but don’t dismiss the whole place too quickly.

We’re already planning year three. The landscaping just off the deck is lovely, and being so close to the beach is the biggest plus. There are also two beautiful pools.

There’s lots of parking, and the lot is lit. They’ve also got a covered place to keep bikes.

The listing didn’t match what we found. There was no water park, radio, or speakers, and the toiletries ran out, so plan on buying more. The upstairs got extremely hot, and although I reported the broken ceiling fan right away, nobody ever fixed it. The description of this “get away” was way off. I would not recommend it.

We were there for a week with family who had already spent four weeks at the condo. It was lovely and roomy enough for seven people, except the kitchen was awkward and really small. If you’re planning to cook or have family dinners, you might want a different unit. Still, it was very nice.
