Car trouble left us stranded away from our car, so we had to get a hotel. The rooms were clean, but there was no soap to wash our hands. We asked the front desk if we could check out a couple of hours later while waiting for the towing company or more information, and they wanted $40. If our car couldn’t be fixed and we had to stay, they wouldn’t credit that $40 toward the room. We’d still owe another $80. Most places would try to work with their guests. We ended up leaving with a minor child in the cold and with limited resources.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. It’s dog friendly, but there’s an extra fee. There wasn’t any soap by the sink for handwashing, and other guests running around outside all night got a little frustrating. We made do, since it seemed like they were just having fun.

The staff were pleasant and courteous, the rooms were clean and modernized, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was good, and I’m pleased with the stay. I’ll come back.

On my last stay at Days Inn by Wyndham, on 9/13/25, the room was dirty. There was hair in the tub, mold all over the luggage rack, a roach in the shower, and a moldy smell. Trash was left by the doors and room entrances. I reported it at the front desk and was promised a call from the GM, but it never came. I followed up several times and was told the message had gone to the manager, though no one could explain why he wouldn’t call. I then contacted the corporate office. Since it’s a franchise, the response from the hotel was that “they moved us 3 times and they offered full refund.” That’s a total lie. He never called me. Poor business. I can’t give my business to a liar. I often visit my child in the military, and they’ve lost my business and any recommendations.
