Cranberry Country Lodge

We've stayed here many times and will definitely come back. The only part I disliked was the inappropriate behavior from a hockey group fighting among themselves, but we didn't let their bad attitudes and behavior spoil our visit. The staff were friendly and professional, and the welcome felt warm from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained for our family. The pool is large, with a slide area for kids, and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

Our Squirt Hockey team had a fantastic weekend at the Cranberry Country Lodge. The rooms and pool area worked really well for us, but what stood out most was the Owner's personal hospitality. He checked on us several times to see if we were comfortable or needed anything, including late in the evening before he went home. He let us use the conference room for team meals at no extra charge, which saved money and made things much easier. He also opened the nearby conference room for the boys to play knee hockey after the games, keeping them happy and active. He clearly understands what a young sports team needs to make a trip less stressful. If you're bringing a team to the Tomah area, this is the place I'd choose. The Owner's generosity and care for our comfort and the kids' fun were remarkable. We'll absolutely be back.

For our hockey tournament, Tyson the owner let us use a conference room for meals and for the kids to play knee hockey. He checked in more than once to see if we needed anything, and the staff even went to the rink to pick up a coat someone had left and made sure it got back to us. The rooms were clean and very affordable, and the customer service was the best I've ever had at a hotel. This is the only place I'd stay in town. We'll book again next time we're in the area.

Tyson and his staff gave us a wonderful stay when our youth hockey team came for a weekend tournament. The pool was great for families, and the rooms were well priced. The suites had full-size fridges, which helped with snacks and a potluck one night. We could gather the whole team and their families in a conference room. The kids played knee hockey there without disturbing other guests. It was a 10 out of 10 experience, and we'll recommend it to our teams. We're coming back for next year's tournament because of how well it went at the Cranberry Lodge.
