Housekeeping looked into our room even after we told them service wasn't needed. I understand they were doing their job, but it made me uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and sometimes didn't work at all. I was also disappointed that the room didn't match the Expedia photos, especially the bathroom. The pictures showed a relaxing-looking bathtub, but there wasn't one when we arrived. I wouldn't stay here again.

The owners Danny & woman were awful, and I still haven't received my deposit after more than 4-5 months. They claimed I stole pillows and made my mom pay $20 for them, plus another $20 because, they said, her towels were dirty. They'd inspected my room before kicking me out because I wouldn't listen when they told me not to talk to another guest, as if I were their child. For the record, my family and I are black, and I definitely experienced racism here. We're not even from the south. They also own other hotels in the area. I tried to deal with their lies, rudeness, and taking money from customers, but they need to take this hotel away from them. Don't waste your time or money at Hinesville hotels, period.

At check-in they charge a $100 fee. The rooms are outdated and dirty, with damaged interior doors and appliances. Housekeeping keeps pushing their service even after you say no. It feels like they're out there to get your money.

I was gone within 15 minutes because the room was disgusting and had a bug infestation. It wasn't fit to stay in overnight. When I asked for a refund, they said they don't give refunds but would return the deposit. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.
