Everyone was pretty nice except the manager, Raj. I called him after the tub jets put out black, disgusting stuff on the second night. He said nobody had complained before, so he couldn't do anything for me. He didn't offer even a small refund, though I hadn't received what I paid for. I'll never stay there again, and I absolutely don't recommend it. I'm a disabled veteran and book a room with a jacuzzi because I need warm baths. On the first night, I couldn't figure out how to use the wall-mounted tub, and the switch didn't work. On night two, the jets finally ran, but what came out was black and gross. I can only assume nothing else is cleaned properly. Don't book the jacuzzi room unless they finally show people how to use the thing. What a waste of money.

We travel around 260 days a year, and this is our go-to hotel. The price is hard to beat, and the staff have always been extremely nice and accommodating. The area isn't the best, but we've never been bothered or had any problems, and we haven't seen anyone else have trouble while we've been there. It's clean, the water's hot, and the beds are comfortable. I'm sure you can't please everybody, but if you want an affordable night's sleep and a hot breakfast in the morning, this place is well worth it.

The walls are thin, and we could hear every word from the people in the room next door. Still, we had no issues and found no bugs, so it gets a pass from me. It even looked fancy. Our room had two comfortable beds and plenty of space, and the temperature was just right. Everything seemed clean. The bathroom was a little small but full sized, with large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. There were enough towels for everyone to have one large and one small.

The staff treated me well, and the room was spotless, so the stay itself was good. I did have concerns about feeling safe, though. There was a lot of foot traffic nearby, and parking was awful. You could also hear everything through the big gap under the door.

We'd come back in a heartbeat. The beds were really comfortable, and the room was quiet and spotless. Everyone on staff was kind, breakfast was good, and we felt safe. McDonalds, IHOP, a convenience store, and Cracker Barrel are all an easy walk away.
