Sugar Creek Inn & Suites

I could hear someone nearby snoring through the walls, which seemed a little thin, though that may just be personal preference. My double queen room was very clean, and it was clear the housekeeper had been in. I was moving with a Uhaul and a car on a tow dolly, so I was worried about the vehicle. The staff explained it was in range of the video cameras, which someone monitors 24/7. They also said police could respond within 10 minutes and that this area doesn’t see much crime. Their knowledge and care stood out.

We had a simple, cozy, clean room for our anniversary last night. The hotel smelled really nice as soon as we walked in, and parking was great. Staff greeted us both when we arrived and when we left. It was excellent value, and we’ll definitely come back. Thank you ☺️

The staff are amazing, and I really appreciate the value and the pet friendly policy. I stopped here last week on my way to Wisconsin, and now I’m staying again on the way back home to Arizona. It’s a perfect place to break up the drive.

After a few days traveling cross-country in our class B van, we needed a hot shower, room to stretch out on a queen bed, and a good night’s sleep. We checked online and found a few openings, so we pulled in. The parking lot is big enough for a rig, RV, or trailer. Mel at the desk was lovely and gave us a room where we could keep an eye on the van and bikes. The room was clean, with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and large bathroom, and the Willian size bed was very comfortable. After a swim in the clean, organized, heated indoor pool, we showered and went to the Sugar Creek Casino. Mel had given us food and free play vouchers. We played $20 of our own money and used the $50 credit, then ended up winning $250. We also had a free breakfast in the morning, so it worked out all around. If you’re driving down I40 and need a break, Sugar Creek Inn is well worth a try.
