The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh waffles, with coffee, fruit, juice, and boiled eggs too. The rooms were fresh, clean, and very quiet, with a half split in the wall that's much quieter than a typical hotel heater or AC. The place has a lovely forest lodge feel and is a gem about halfway between SF and Portland. The price is amazing, and I definitely recommend it. Best to book through the Strawberry Valley Inn site.

The generous waffle breakfast and complimentary evening glass of wine were lovely, and the garden was sweet. Staff were kind and gave us great tips on hikes, restaurants, and special local spots. It's easy to walk downtown from here. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and vintage feel, and the pricing was great. We'll definitely return.

Lesley and Tiffany were amazing, and breakfast was delicious, with blueberry waffles, fruit, and eggs. I travel a lot for work and stay at plenty of hotels, including Hilton and Marriott, and this was the cleanest place I've stayed in a long time. It was our second visit to Mount Shasta, and we'll stay here again.

A great base camp about 20 minutes from the snow. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and it's pet-friendly. The fee is $25 per dog per night. Staff were great, and there was free Wi-Fi and a complimentary continental breakfast.

It's quiet, with no train or traffic noise, and there's free parking. The staff were the nicest, and the rooms were immaculate, with plenty of towels and blankets and new climate control. It's close to sports, arts, tourism, and food, with lots of fun nearby. A very romantic place, ideal for a stay. They do need to install grab bars in the showers.
