I spent a month here for work. The staff were really friendly, my room was cleaned every day, and the weekly rates are great compared with other hotels. I'd strongly recommend Brentwood inn and suites if you're visiting or working nearby.

The room itself was comfortable, but the breakfast was basically missing. The waffle maker was unplugged, with no batter, juice, or milk. The cereal containers looked filthy, and there was only a basket of honey buns. The pool and surrounding area looked slimy and very dirty, and parts of the hotel are badly neglected. The keys don't always work either.

Service wouldn't help me some days, and during the couple of weeks I stayed there I got sick. I didn't figure out what it might have been until I moved into my new apartment and noticed dots on my skin. I believe the hotel has bed bugs, and the bugs got into my clothes and infested my new place. I really wish I could get my money back.

This was my second stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the check-in clerk was really nice. For the price, it was worth it.

The owner or front desk person was very nice and respectful, and I appreciated him giving me Expedia's number while I tried to get my money back. But booking through Expedia was a horrible experience, and the hotel pool had been falsely shown as open. I didn't check into the room or hotel, yet I was charged the full amount and got none of my money back. I won't do this again.
