The front desk was nice, and I got a refund for one of my two nights. But the room was by far the filthiest I’ve ever been in. There was grime on nearly every surface, and the air unit stank up the whole room. It was a smoking room, to be fair. I’m used to budget motels and was prepared to put up with a lot, but I couldn’t sleep knowing cockroaches were running around. I left. A couple of bugs can turn up anywhere, even in nicer places, but when rooms are left filthy, bugs that thrive on dirt have plenty to live on. The other reviews calling the rooms clean must have been lucky or lying. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

This was the filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in, and it had little German cockroaches. Don’t stay here or trust the other reviews, they’re either lying or got extremely lucky. Find somewhere with more self-respect.

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet both inside and outside, which is a big plus. The room also had DirecTV, a microwave, fridge, and iron. The staff were very friendly. I would’ve given five stars, but I left for work in the morning and came back after two nights to find my room hadn’t been made. I’ve stayed in almost every God Forsaken cheap hotel in Texas, and I wonder if the reviews undervalue this place or if management recently changed. I’ll stay here again.

I booked online for one of my workers, who arrived after midnight. The front desk staff or owners treated him as a no-show, canceled the reservation, and turned him away. This happened on two separate occasions. The people running the place are horrible to deal with.

The service was very pleasant, and the place was cheap and accommodating. I needed a room and would stay again, but there was a gap under the door and cigarette burns in the bedding, even though it was a non-smoking room.
