After 10 pm, nobody could be found. The service was very bad and unprofessional. I asked for a non-smoking room, but they gave me one that smelled of smoke, and the towels were dirty. What frustrated me most was the blood stain on the bedsheet. Are you serious?

Very quiet place to stay, and the Wi-Fi is good.

The beds were the worst I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The mattress was so hard it felt orthopedic, and it hurt my back. I took off the blankets and made a cushion about the size of a sleeping bag, which helped some, but it was still very uncomfortable. The beds were also extremely high and hard to get into. The floor was dirty, and I don’t think the shower had been cleaned. There was a dirty rag and a large shampoo bottle left behind, and the back window was broken, though thankfully it was double-glazed. When we arrived, the man didn’t honor the price. He pulled out his phone and updated the page to a higher price. We were tired, so we agreed. I definitely won’t be back.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the property is looking great as renovations continue. Management does a superb job looking after guests. There are no phones in the rooms, so keep your cell phone handy. Pets are welcome, but the extra $10 per night can add up if you stay many nights. The location is on the edge of town and may feel questionable, but the cameras and vigilant staff made me feel safe. I’ll definitely be back.
