There are lots of restaurants and places to eat around the property, and the concierge lounge and gym are both very nice. I stayed here several years ago, and the hotel is much nicer now after its recent renovation. The rooms look great, and they did a really nice job overall. I got a room upgrade because of my status. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is pleasant and nicely remodeled, but coordinating an event here was difficult. We were arranging a room block for our guests, yet never got to speak with anyone directly. Phone calls were rarely answered or returned, so everything ended up happening over email. If you’re planning an event, be ready for limited responsiveness. Pricing also seemed a little higher than at other nearby venues, even for a small meeting room and a small outside-catered dinner. The facilities are nice, but event service and coordination need work, especially for South Asian events that call for more flexibility.

The shuttle to and from our venue was reliable and made things easy for our guests. We also held our farewell brunch at the hotel, and the food was delicious. For getting ready, we had a suite and connecting room for the groomsmen and for our weekend stay. The girls’ room worked out wonderfully too, with a private bathroom, small kitchen area, lots of couches, and several beauty stations. It made the morning comfortable and smooth for everyone. The hotel is close to the airport, which helped our out-of-town guests. Jacqueline was great to work with, though I’d keep a close eye on quoted pricing to make sure it all matches. Our guests loved the hotel, and we’re glad we chose it for our wedding weekend.

The staff were very kind, and there are dozens of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms, lobby, and bar have all been updated, and it’s a nice hotel. I’d give it five stars if parking didn’t cost $15 a night, especially when the lot was only about half full.
