Hyatt Place Chicago/Hoffman Estates

The attendant at the front desk was courteous and helped me find a room that suited me. My room and the small bathroom were clean enough. The place isn't especially updated, but it'll do for what I needed. I paid 130 in total on a Saturday night. There was no complimentary water, and the bathroom sink had only a small bar of handsome.

Vanetta and the other managers have been attentive to our needs and comfort. We've felt very comfortable during our two days here, and the staff have been amazing. The food is excellent, too. I'm looking forward to the next six days and would definitely recommend this Hyatt Place.

My grandson had a wonderful time celebrating his 14th birthday here. My family and I were treated with courtesy and respect, and the staff made sure we were looked after in every way. The manager was professional, nice, and understanding, and the lady working with her was just as professional. I believe she was at the bar on January 27. When my son hurt himself, both women responded quickly and stayed on top of things. I'd recommend this place to anyone, whatever the occasion.

My housekeeper did an amazing job in my room every day. She was so efficient and careful with the details, better than anyone I've seen clean a room. She deserves compliments. I can't remember the name of the Asian country she was from. Vonetta, Alice, Fatima, and the manager are all so caring and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. They'll even sit with you to help figure out directions. Vonetta showed me how to do her beautiful, elegant hair bun after I asked, and told me what to get so she could show me. I'm not sure I'm spelling Vonetta's name right, but you'll recognize her by that fantastic bun. They truly do an amazing job.
