The cabin at the Boulders was clean, but it's very close to the road and traffic made it hard to sleep. The shower wasn't great either. The shower head placement meant I pretty much got drenched, and it couldn't be moved. There weren't many pans, so you might want to bring your own. At 10:30 on Saturday night, the kitchen and living room breaker tripped. Kyle responded quickly, but nobody was on site to fix it, so I had to go under the building and handle it myself. If the owner isn't available, there should be someone on call for problems like this.

The updated rooms were lovely, and the guest boat ramp was really convenient. There's a nice, clean beach and a fire pit for guests to enjoy. A wonderful place off Little Squam, and I'd highly recommend it.

We were staying there for a wedding, and it would've helped to have somewhere to hang our nicer clothes. There also weren't any dish towels supplied. When I fly, I try to keep my luggage weight down, and I don't want to have to pack dish towels.

The setting is peaceful, right on the water, with a clean beach area and paddle boards available to use on site. Cell service is poor, so don't expect to make phone calls, though there is free WiFi. It's rustic, but clean, and the location is hard to beat. We'll definitely be back!

We found an affordable lakefront place with beach access, and the view was hard to beat. The unit was comfortable and clean. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!
