The mountain view was breathtaking, and now I want to bring the family back when it’s snowy. We also loved having hot breakfast by the fireplace while the kids happily devoured waffles. The caring staff made our weekend feel easy and comfortable. When the kids got hungry after the drive, the convenience shop came in handy for snacks and drinks. I also saw a staff member treat an older guest returning from the shuttle with tremendous kindness. Everyone we encountered seemed ready to help with a smile.

Zonia, who was looking after breakfast, was the highlight of our stay. We came for one night on a quick ski trip, and everything worked out well: our room was easy to reach from the parking lot, the hot tub was lovely and nearby, and breakfast was ready right on time. 5/5.

Yuisla at the front desk was so welcoming, and her customer service stood out. We saw her treat every guest consistently well, which is rare in US hospitality. The room was clean, though it showed its age, and breakfast had a basic selection. We stayed three nights. I was disappointed there wasn’t a bike in the fitness area.

Amanda and Hollie are why I kept bringing my business team back. Over three months I made at least 17 reservations here and spent more than $10,000 on stays. They were skilled, efficient, and made the work and coordination much easier. There were no hassles, they valued my time, and they ultimately saved my company money. Wendy deserves a shoutout too. The onsite teams, location, rooms, and pricing were all good and competitive, but working with Amanda and Hollie was the deciding factor. They’ll be my first POC for future work in the SLC area.

The beds won me over so much that I had to get one just like them. Staff are very accommodating, breakfast was great, and I always enjoy my stays here. Love this hotel!
