I was comfortable during my stay, and the room and facilities were great. The problem came after I left early. I had prepaid for 9 nights but checked out after 7, and was told the remaining 2 nights would be refunded. Instead, there's a pending charge for $161.39 showing along with my $50.00 deposit. Everything else went well, but they need to handle billing and refunds better.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful, and we had a great experience. Our stay was much better than the one we had at the Byron Center location the week before. They treated us like second class citizens there, and the whole experience was bizarre.

We had a good time here and would book again. The outside seating area was lovely, and we lit the fire pit on our first night. The location is great and the prices were good. The main problems were the bed, which left us sore and stiff after one of the most uncomfortable nights we've had, and the AC, which seemed to work whenever it felt like it. That wasn't what we expected from a newer hotel.

There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and drugstores nearby, and the staff were very helpful. Nicole at the front desk was especially welcoming and pleasant, and went out of her way for me. Sharie, who helped me check out, also deserves a mention. She asked whether I'd had any complaints or issues, something I'm rarely asked at checkout. Breakfast could use more variety. I would have liked bananas and apples along with the oranges, and some yogurt.
