Cinderella Motel

We got a really good rate for staying more than two weeks, and they even let me park my trailer there. The room was cozy and clean. I liked the natural gas radiant heat too, since there was no fan noise or air blowing on my face all night. No bathtub, which I actually appreciated as a way to conserve resources. The people running the hotel were super nice, and I think it’s family owned. Great deal for budget travelers.

The room was clean, but that doesn't make up for being charged for a third room I never rented. I booked two rooms and had deposits on both refunded when I checked out, but the $100 charge for that extra room was never removed. When I called, the man at the desk said they could help if the mistake was theirs, but not if it was mine. How could I be at fault when I never asked for a third room? I thought I might save about 20 bucks by staying here, and two weeks later nothing had been done about the overcharge. I won't stay here again. Watch out, this place will rip you off.

We’ve stayed here twice now. The owners are wonderful, and the rates are especially good for this area. They also run another motel a few driveways farther up the street.

It may not catch your eye from the road, but this turned out to be a great place. The room was nicely decorated, quiet, and clean, and I paid only $65 a night. Parking was simple, with a spot just outside the room thanks to the lot layout. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked well, and the bathroom was roomy and had what I needed. Pets are allowed, traffic was barely noticeable at night, and I didn't feel unsafe on the property or nearby. A local business employee pointed me here when I asked for somewhere reasonably priced, safe, clean, and close to restaurants and other businesses. Good tip.
