Hair in the shower made me question the cleanliness right away, and the room was freezing and uncomfortable. The whole property felt like a rundown motel, and I felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. Check-in was late and disorganized. When I told the staff how uncomfortable I was, they didn’t seem concerned or helpful. I even asked to move to another hotel and offered to pay the difference myself, but nobody tried to help. I was utterly disappointed. Leaving was the only good part. Think twice before staying here.

This is a decent value for a few nights, especially since it’s about equally distant from MIA and FLL and much cheaper than MIA options. I stayed before a cruise. Check-in was quick, and the basic rooms were clean and in good repair. Breakfast had hot options and coffee, with something for everyone. The port shuttle costs $30 per person, so Uber worked out cheaper and let me travel on my own schedule. Nothing fancy, but it’s not a bad spot. A lot of the reviews here seem pretty dramatic.

Both my room and my friend’s had bed bugs. The floor smelled bad and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The AC stayed at one temperature, and neither the hot nor cold settings worked. Breakfast was very poor. One day everything had run out, and we had to keep waiting for items to be refilled. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn’t seem to understand even basic English.

After several room changes because the air conditioning wasn’t working, I finally ended up in a comfortable room. But dealing with Victor, the front attendant, was far from pleasant. It wasn’t a good customer experience.
