Hotel Circ

David, the leasing agent at CIRC Residences, made the whole apartment search feel easy and even enjoyable. He showed us around, patiently explained the details, and answered all our questions without rushing. He was warm, welcoming, and professional from the start. We'd happily recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment here.

I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but Elsie made me want to say something. She was patient and helpful from the start, understood what I needed, and went out of her way to make it happen. I also met Angie, and both of them left me so impressed that this place is at the top of my list. I just need to sort out a few loose ends first.

The community itself is lovely, with spacious floor plans, lots of natural light, and amazing city views in many apartments. The amenities are great, and Publix and plenty of cafes are just steps away. The beach is only a short drive. I'm grateful to my client's leasing agent Claudio for being kind and professional. He answered every question in detail and took my client's particular situation into account. It gives me peace of mind to know my client lives in a community where the administration cares. Thanks again to Claudio and the leasing office team for welcoming and respecting realtors. I had a great experience and hope to bring more clients. Wishing the community continued success!

Angie was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional from the very beginning. She took time to understand what kind of apartment I wanted, answered every question, and handled the details carefully. Her quick, clear communication made me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Finding an apartment can be stressful, but she made the process smooth and easy. Her dedication and genuine care stood out, and the whole experience ended up being enjoyable. I'd highly recommend Angie to anyone looking for a new place. You'll be in good hands.
