The balcony was a nice bonus, especially from a higher floor. At night the city looked great, and during the day I enjoyed the mountain views. Breakfast came out promptly with plenty to eat, and the bar service was great even when we were only there for a meal. The room was spotless and kept in order. I stayed four nights, and each one was better than the last. Guest services, housekeeping, dining, and every employee I met were wonderful. They gave detailed information and were always ready to help me find things to do. It's close to the mall and a variety of places to eat, which was a big plus. A peaceful stay with a little fun, and a comfortable place for a mini getaway. Thanks to everyone who made the Crowne Hotel feel so pleasant. I'll be back and would recommend it before trying the other places nearby.

The price is pretty steep, but I felt I got what I paid for. If I had the chance to do it again, I'd choose the Crowne Plaza without hesitation. The staff treated me so warmly that I felt welcome and right at home. I came for a little break not far from home, and found a level of peace I haven't had in a long time. The vintage design and soft yellow lighting made the place feel calm and easy on the eyes. My room was clean and cozy, with a lovely view of Albuquerque, a city I love. There was free TV and coffee or tea from the in-room coffee maker. The bedding was nice, though the bed felt cold, so bring a blanket if you're visiting in winter.

The room fit about 50 people comfortably, and everyone was impressed. We rented the Ranchers Club lounge last Saturday night for a retirement party. The setup looked amazing and the food was top notch. Our musician had forgotten his speaker, but the staff quickly found one he could plug his equipment into, so the music kept going. The team was incredibly helpful and professional and made sure the event went perfectly. The GM was impressive and amazing, and made sure all our needs were met. Thanks to the hotel and everyone who made this such a memorable event. I'd encourage people to consider this venue for their events.

I work for the company, but after the way my husband was treated at another IHG property in Phoenix, I was hesitant to book with them again. I'm glad I did. The woman on duty last night made his check-in quick and easy and was so friendly. Thanks for the help and service. We'll book again if we're back this way.

This is a review of the Avis and Budget car rental, not the Crowne Plaza. I'm a New Mexico resident, and Crowne Plaza has always done right by me. The rental location is more convenient than the airport, and that's about its only plus. I reserved a Corolla at an insurance rate of $18 a day, but was handed a Ford Bronco without any call or warning. Its gas mileage was different, which cost me over $100 extra in fuel. They charged $30 for every day because they gave me an SUV. I was renting through Avis but got a Budget car, which makes no sense. The windshield wasn't installed properly and made a loud, ear-piercing noise while I drove. I returned the car exactly two nights early and still got charged a hefty amount. Check the charges before leaving after returning it, in case you need to argue them. Their site says a credit card is required for a $200 deposit. I used one, but they charged the whole lump sum to that card instead of splitting it between debit and credit. This place needs serious quality control.
