Staybridge Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport by IHG

We’d never stayed here before, but my family and our tiny dogs were very happy with everything during a recent trip for a funeral. The rooms were so clean, the service was extraordinary, and breakfast was just what we needed. Manager Lakeema went above and beyond when she quickly took care of a questionable charge on our bill. The location is convenient for the price, and we’ll choose this hotel again on future visits to Allentown.

The rooms were clean, though a bit small, and the TV could be better. The power went out twice while I was there, so bring an emergency light. This morning a crazy man tried to steal breakfast, and there were five cop cars. Still, it’s a nice, clean place. My bed was right next to the bathroom. Five stars for the room and service.

My patient comes to this area for treatment and likes staying here, so I can see why she picks it. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and accessible for people with disabilities. They work well for an outpatient patient and nurse, and the hotel is near her treatment center. The service is great, and breakfast is delicious. I was surprised they also serve food during social hour. As a traveling nurse, I’ve never seen that before. It was good enough to fill us for dinner, and I didn’t have to leave the building or my patient. Jay greeted us like family, with such a warm heart and a lovely smile. Thank you, Jay, for such a welcoming stay. I’ll be back in the area to see this patient, and we’ll stay here again. I hope to find more hotels with a welcome like yours.

The room was very clean, and breakfast had a really good selection. Kelly at the front desk made the stay feel special. We’d had a rough week and took a much-needed break to celebrate our sister’s birthday. Kelly couldn’t change what was going on, but her kindness, humor, and professionalism lifted our spirits when we needed it. We’re grateful for her customer service and would highly recommend staying here again.
