The apartments are older and basic, so this isn't the place if you want something fancy, but ours was clean and well maintained. We came to be by the ocean, and that's exactly where we were: even from building two, it's less than 50 steps to the beach. The location is perfect, and the staff were kind, friendly, and amazing. The guys working outside put in long days looking after the property. I booked because the women at the front desk were so helpful when I called with questions. Other hotels I contacted had people off site or AI answering. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks for five amazing days, I'd come back 100%.

We had the penthouse on the third floor, with a huge deck, and were right on the beach. It's old-school Florida, quiet, and functional, with a perfect location for everything. No elevator, but it's a quick drive to Lauderdale Airport. The family staff are friendly. We visited two years ago and are already ready to return. It's not a fancy Hilton, and that's fine.

The room was clean, and the customer service and location were wonderful. The building is outdated and could use more maintenance. If you don't mind that, the place has nice sunshine and sunsets.

We paid a lot for this timeshare and got a different room from the one we booked. It was supposed to have an ocean view, but the room we received was disgusting and had roaches. One lamp didn't work, and though we were told it could sleep eight, we could hardly fit four. There was a big, tall hole in the bathroom, and the roof stains were awful. No one was in the office. Terrible place, I wish I could give it zero stars. Don't book it, go somewhere you know is good.

The best part is that the beach is just steps away. They provide beach towels in each unit, plus free paddle boards and lounge chairs, and there's a pool and shuffleboard court. Each place has a full kitchen, which was great because after a whole day at the beach we were too tired to go out for dinner. The AC works well and the shower gets very hot. It's an older-style resort, simple but perfect for a beach vacation.
