I'd lived in plenty of apartment buildings, but none had really felt like home until this one. Seeing the apartment layout with Lindsey made me feel right away that Van Ness was the place for me. Everyone, from management and maintenance to the concierge, is warmer and more helpful than I expected. The building is central to everything, and there seem to be endless perks. If you're thinking about Van Ness, go see it. You won't regret it.

For professionals working nearby, these Fenway rental apartments are a great option, just a stone's throw from the Longwood Medical Area. The amenities are excellent and the sun roof is amazing. We looked at many high-end apartments around Boston before settling on Van Ness, and we don't regret it. It's probably one of the best in the bunch.

Living at Van Ness has been wonderful. The staff and concierge are professional, personable, and attentive, and we feel well looked after. The building and amenities are clean and easy to use, especially the gym. They choose eco friendly options wherever they can while keeping things functional. Our apartment is spacious, and when we submit a routine work order, a friendly facilities worker usually arrives within a couple of hours. Even the other residents are friendly, which says a lot about the building and the people who keep it going. We'd recommend it.

I was reviewing the Van Ness parking lot. There was plenty of space, and the directions were clear, so it was easy to navigate. Allow extra time because of travel traffic. I've also heard good things about Van Ness apartment rental.

My girlfriend and I are happy living here. Management puts together get togethers for residents, maintenance responds quickly, and the concierge knows us by name.
